This class is for complete beginners and for those who want to improve their knowledge of the basics. We begin the class on the floor with parter gymnastics (floor barre). Carefully watching the alignment we perform a series of exercises aimed at developing strength, flexibility, coordination and most importantly finding and engaging specific correct muscles for our ballet workout. Second part of the class takes place at the barre. At this level we learn/revise leg/arm positions and basic barre exercises and concentrate on the correct posture. Individual attention is paid to every participant, so that we learn to use our bodies in the proper way to be able to progress further. We finish the class with essential stretching exercises.
This level is suitable for those who have the knowledge of the basic movements. We begin the class with a warm-up at the barre and go on to the barre exercises aimed at developing proper alignment, strength, coordination and flexibility. We continue the class with centre work, basic small jumps, rotations and stretching. We take our time to understand and perform every movement in a correct way. This level approximately corresponds to the 1st and 2nd year program of the Vaganova curriculum with some changes for adults.
This level is suitable for those who have a good knowledge of ballet basics. Our class includes exercises at the barre involving more coordination and faster tempo then at the previous level; exercises at the centre, turning and small jumps. This level approximately corresponds to the 2nd and the 3rd year program of the Vaganova curriculum with some accommodations for adult participants.
This level is aimed at those who have a solid knowledge of ballet basics. Combinations at the barre and centre are faster, more complex and technically more difficult then at the previous level. Our programme approximately corresponds to the 2nd and the 3rd year with elements of the 4th year program of the Vaganova curriculum with some accommodations for adult participants.
is a Whole-body Workout Program, with elements from the classical
Ballet, Jazz- and Modern Dance. The training is suitable for everybody, who wants to
to vitalize, to strengthen his body.
